What’s the estimated delivery time, and how is it calculated?
Party Wave Surf Store generates an estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our average order fulfillment takes 1-2 business days for all items. We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
- Issues with print or embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
- Stickers
- backpacks
- water bottles
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
When an order is out for delivery, updates on its status will depend on the carrier service. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at info@partywavesurfstore.com, and we’ll do our best to help you.
What's the order tracking page?
If you use Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace, You will get an order tracking page once the order is shipped out instead. You can also sing up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment. So to stay informed about shipment progress, you will need to an email to the tracking page.
Can we deliver orders to a PO Box?
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products can be too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
What’s a shipping surcharge and does it affect me?
It’s common for US-based shipping carriers to temporarily increase their service prices to better manage workload during the holiday season. This price increase is called a shipping surcharge.
This year, due to inflation, we’ve decided to add this peak-season surcharge to our shipping fees. From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US. The surcharge amount will depend on the product category.
The surcharge will be added per order, not per shipment. If your order includes multiple products from categories with different surcharge rates, we’ll apply a single surcharge of the highest rate.
Sales tax will be applied to the surcharge if an order is shipped within the US to a destination state with taxable shipping. The tax will be added as a separate charge and calculated from the sum of the product price, shipping cost with the surcharge, and any additional services.
Note that shipping discounts and coupons won’t apply to order surcharges, except for sample orders that qualify for free shipping.
